With more than 20 years<\/strong> of experience, Sylvie remains directly involved with both clients and her team. She holds university-level training in business administration, human resources and labour relations. She is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agr\u00e9\u00e9s and holds the CHRP designation.<\/p>\n

Sylvie Samson founded Samson HR with a clear vision: to make specialized human resources services more accessible to employers and managers, regardless of the size of their organization.<\/p>\n

Throughout her career, she observed that many leaders of small and medium-sized businesses and organizations did not have access to a complete in-house human resources team. Yet they still had to manage complex issues every day involving employee management, labour relations, compensation, organizational structure, workplace conflict, training and management development.<\/p>\n

Her objective was to offer a true one-stop human resources service capable of adapting to the realities, needs and budget of each organization.<\/p>\n

In 2006, after gaining human resources experience in both the public and private sectors, Sylvie left the public service to establish Samson HR. As client needs became more diverse and the number of mandates increased, she built a team of professionals with complementary areas of expertise.<\/p>\n

Sylvie built Samson HR around values that continue to guide every intervention today: strong client relationships, accessibility, professionalism, confidentiality and a commitment to practical solutions. She believes that a healthy organization is built on respected and engaged employees, clearly defined roles, fair practices and well-supported managers.<\/p>\n

Today, Samson HR brings together a multidisciplinary team of professionals able to provide support across all areas of human resources management. The firm continues to pursue the mission that inspired its creation: helping organizations make better decisions, prevent difficulties and build healthy, structured and high-performing workplaces.<\/p>\n

A unifying and visionary, Sylvie knows that in order to be successful, you must surround yourself with the right people. When she created Samson HR, Sylvie invited retired HR professionals to participate on different projects with her. In 2009, her team consisted of five consultants. Today, Samson HR has six divisions and brings together more than 40 consultants from all spheres of human resources management.<\/p>\n
