Sylvie is also certified to administer the NOVA profile psychometric test.<\/p>\n<p>She has over 20 years of experience in providing services related to human resources management in both private and public sectors. For six years, she worked in the federal government\u2019s human resources division before establishing Samson HR in 2007. Since then, she has specialized in organizational design, HR policy, compensation, and business management.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to her determination and dedication, she has grown the firm to a team of 40 consultants offering a full range of HR services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As a consultant to the federal government, Sylvie has completed several mandates such as:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal Audit of human resources;<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and classification design;<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosis of organizational health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In addition, Sylvie supports several companies with the management of their human resources, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal policies and employee manuals;<\/li>\n<li>Pay structure and equity;<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment;<\/li>\n<li>Job classification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sylvie loves to lead team workshops with the NOVA Profile, which includes a component on interpersonal communication and team synergy.<\/p>\n<h3>Contact<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Sylvie Samson, B.A.A, CRHA.<\/strong><br \/>\nPresident &amp;
